I have tried a lot stuff to burn my fat.
Swimming, bally dance, salsa….Among all of them, I would say hot yoga achieve the most amazing results.
I played yoga since I was in college. It is in my senior year, I was done with my application for graduate schools, and played yoga and bally dance to kill time.
I am a lazy girl. It is hard for me to keep doing all of this with my motivation. So I spent a certain amount of money for the membership of a yoga club near the campus.
I gave up bally dance after the first class. I felt frustrated. Because I don’t have any gift on music, and I can not find the beats…
Back to the topic. Yoga does really help a lot for shaping my body, keeping a calm mood and facilitate my sleep.
After I came to U.S., I still played it when I was at Michigan State University. There is a free yoga club in the union, and they have sections every Sunday morning.
However, my first time to touch hot yoga is after I moved to Dallas. My aunt brought me to a local club. We played it in a dark warm room, the temperature should hit 100F, I swept a lot… and almost faint over at my first time experiencing hot yoga…since my body did not get used to the heat yet.
However, it really works! It is much more intensive than the usual yoga. With the facility of the heat, the fat is burning much faster.
But remember, bring enough water, coz you don’t want to faint over in the warm room :p
